Online Data Entry and Meet Management Services
We will provide online data entry service for entering teams and athletes into our meets. We process this information into our meet management software to ensure a smooth progression to create documentation for your meet (performance list, meet programs, heat sheets and field event). At the conclusion of your event, we provide the results to you and also send them to any recipients you designate in the required format. Your results will be posted on our website at conclusion of meet.
Fully Automatic Timing (FAT) Services
We provide your organization with all heat sheets and field event score sheets, for each day and each event. We provide accurate timing of all contested running events and process the data entry of all contested field events. Also available are display clocks, wind gauges, and other accessories to make your event results official and fully documented.
We also offer Finish Lynx Photocell motion activated timing services for events such as the 40yd dash contested at football combines, and the 60 yd dash used at baseball training camps.
Clerking
ServicesWe provide your event with clerking services. We ensure the accurate and efficient check-in, hipping, and staging, of all of your registered participants. We also utilize a system called SMART Clerking. This system is available to all of our customers and provides the most effective means of clerking a track and field event.
Meet Director Services
We provide you with a professional Meet Director who will, upon your request, provide Meet Programming Services. Meet Programming Services include 1) developing a meet program, meet information packet, and schedule of events, 2) provide all necessary hip and bib numbers for all competitors and all contested events, 3) provide a performance list to the host prior to the start of the meet, and 4) manage the meet process from data entry to clerking to timing to the final results.
Meet Referee Services
We provide you with a professional Meet Referee who will ensure compliance with all rules related to the event. This Meet Referee will be knowledgeable of the rules related to all sanctioning bodies, and will supervise your event officials in each area competition.
Starter and Meet Announcing Services
SMART will provide experience Starters and Announcers to your event. Quality Starters and Announcers ensure that your event has an efficient flow, and that your competitors and spectators enjoy the experience of your event.
Meet Marketing Services
SMART will market your event to prospective customers. We will use our many years of experience in the field to tap into the finite resources of teams and athletes that would otherwise not know about your event. Our marketing is done through electronic, as well as printed, media.
